well the problem is that my family is gettin torn apart  my dad is moving to Oklahoma and my mom wants to stay here in NY to complete my bros highschool education. I HAVE 2 bros in total
one going with my dad and one staying here with my mom in NY.
IDk what to do! who to go with! my mom is so sad bout my dad going to O.K. but he has to go cuz of business and stuff. over there we gonna have a big house but here if my dad leaves we’re gonna have to live in a studio apartment! i dont wanna leave my dad cuz he might need me~ IDk what to do please help..

Open Question: Help Solving Business Bad Checks?
I have a small company in Texas that sells oil pump equipments, I have been doing business with another company in Oklahoma for years and recently they have been delaying on payments and giving me hot checks. Because we have been doing business for so long, I was very lenient with their payments (i.e., giving them extra month or so to pay) and now they owe me approximately about $70,000. I understand that seeking a lawyer is one option, but it is also very time consuming and costly, I have paid a lawyer to write them notice letters and etc to resolve this matter, but it doesn’t seem like they are being very corporative. Anyone could give me any idea on how else this may be solved? Thank you in advance

1. I have flew out there and tried to discuss with them but they keep giving me the same excuses to delay payment.
2. I’ve already stop all and any business with them to prevent more loss.
3. I have checked with their bank and they actually closed their account and I cannot track to see where is their new account.

Open Question: Dental school admissions?
What is likely hood of me being accepted to Oklahoma University’s dental school? (read the list of my academics)
1. I’m a sophomore at a community college and half way through w/ pre dental courses
2. 3.9 GPA (4.0 in science)
3. I work for an orthodontist as the lab tech/assistant learning a lot of dentistry/business. Its been 1 yr and will be with him for the next 4 yrs or so til’ dental school.
4. I’m getting my degree in biology from a regional university
5. Taking some business courses.
6. I am vice president of fellowship of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society of the 2 yr college.
7. I really want to be a dentist and am constantly focused on everything about it and willing to go the distance.
8. I’m going to take a Kaplan test prep course after completing my pre dental courses.
9. I love everything about dentistry and the idea that I will have my own practice one day makes me jump for joy daily. lol
10. For extra curricular…I’ve played the clarinet for 8 yrs now and have taught private lessons for 5 yrs. This i”m sure will help with manual dexterity.
11. I have a lot of connections with surrounding dentists/specialists through my boss (orthodontist)
12. All of my pre dental courses will takin at the community college and then transfer to the regional university to finish biology degree.
Please tell me what you think my chances are like to be accepted and thanks for taking the time to read all of this! =)
I’m also an Oklahoma resident, so that should help sense its OU.
